| Hey, can\'t say I\'m a huge Nirvana fan just because I think that after Kirt died...it\'s like a certain essence in the band had departed that can never return. But all I know is that no matter what music you like, who your favorite bands are; Kurt Cobain is a legend. And not just because of his publicly exposed death - which can I say, was made way too public, but I respect that Nirvana fans ahev every right to know but..I still think it could have been made less in the media - back to what I was getting at, he\'s amazing. He was a one time musician and song writer. Truly beautiful musician. I think that BOB BARKeR\'s point was extremely good. I\'m so pissed off at everyone in my year at school because I\'ve follwed rock through the years from as far as I can remember. I listen to everything from Bill Halley and the Comets to Counting Crows, rock and roll, and nearly every variety of rock music I have a deep respect for myself, also because I am a musician and songswriter, but yeah these girls in my year have ONLY JUST literally within the month realised what true music is. And it makes me sick to think that they\'re not ven taking into account the pain and poetry behind the music, they\'re just listening to Nirvana and Green Day and Feeder now because they think it\'s \"cool\". It\'s the new \"in\" thing to be, when only a mere few months ago, they were killing themselves for 50 Cent tickets. It\'s pathetic.
Anyways, you\'re all amazing fans on here, I\'m a true Counting Crows fan, and from the first time I heard \"Colourblind\" I\'ve been blessed. Adam Duritz is to me, like Kurt Cobain is to millions of you, and if anything so tragic happened to him like Kurt..I dunno...it\'s weird, all Counting Crow\'s lyrics just grab hold of me, and I don\'t want to be let go.
So anyways, beware of all the fake fans, they\'re intolerably CRAP.
