I personally don't believe he was murdered anymore, its an initial reaction, but if you look at the facts (suicide note that couldn't have been traced) and other things, its impossible...Courtney isn't such a bad person, calling her a b*tch would be dissing Kurt, he wasn't a fool and loved her...besides, if Courtney dies (assinated ect.) Frances (his son) would be a total orphan...
