They have made great music that I love and am glad that they made. Most of their songs make me think, realize, and enjoy life. Also the songs relate to problems that I have delt with or have to deal with. Kurt Cobain will always be remembered NOT as the the lead singer of Nirvana that shot his head off, but the lead singer of Nirvana who sang with great passion and made a landmark in rock music that will always be there. Kurt Cobain was a great person, muscian, song writer and singer. I admire his spirt and passion. His words have touched millions of people and changed their lives forever I would know because, i am one of those people. I was introduced to Nirvana By a good friend of mine, he is a true fan of Nirvana, of Cobain. He has loved the band from the first time he has heard them and he always will. Nirvana is his all time favorite band when I first heard them they seemed as if a band that made people think about their lives and problems that almost everyone has gone through or will come acrossed some where in their life time, I think that he did not write the songs for it to seen as if they were about anything at all, but to make you understand about everything that can happen. He makes them up out of the blue but makes them seem as if he had thought of them for days, maybe even weeks! His songs touch me in a way so deep that I cannot explain but I know what I mean. i think that Cobain has made himself remembered in a way that he will never be forgotten, but in a way that was tradgic and horrible. He has had a great life (as he has stated) but this world just could not give him everything that he wanted and needed to make his life the best it could be. So to him he figured the best way to go was unexpected and to \"Burn out instead of fading away\". I wish I had the ability and honor to have meet Cobain, but yet I am glad that he has made such great music in his lifetime and that I have heard his touching words. I pray that only everyone gets atleast a chance and takes one to listen to Nirvana. I did and now I love their music. |
